Conference Details

  • Setup for the conference will occur Wednesday morning
  • Tear down for the conference will occur Friday morning
  • All WACRAO conference attendees (members, non-members, and vendors) are also expected to adhere to the AACRAO Principles of Professional Ethics and Practice as WACRAO is a State and Regional group under the AACRAO umbrella.
  • Booth materials can be shipped to the hotel
    • Address for vendors to ship booth materials: TBD
    • Please include your company’s name and the name and date of the conference
  • The networking social will be the first evening of the conference
  • Vendors will be provided with a table and Wi-Fi is complimentary. Electricity is available and should be indicated on the registration form.
  • The full program for the conference will be available in October via Guidebook. If you require a PDF version of the program, contact the Local Arrangements Committee

Fees

  • $750.00: Vendor exhibitor fee and your conference registration
  • $250.00: Any additional person attending the conference from organizations (per person)

You can reach different tier levels through different levels of donation through any combination of opportunities in combination with registration fees.

Tiers

Sign up for multiple opportunities and get a free bonus as part of our tier system. If you register and add on items such as Vendor Social or Conference Program or more. You get those opportunities as well as these additional benefits.

  • Vendor provided 3 minutes to speak to all conference attendees
  • Opportunity to host a Pre-Conference Webinar

Benefits of Sponsoring

  • Increase your visibility by connecting with higher education leaders from across Wisconsin
  • Gold and Platinum Vendor partners will be provided a list of conference registrants at least one week prior to the conference
  • Organization names and logos will be printed in the conference program/app if registration is received by the closing date
  • Organization names and logos will be listed on WACRAO's website
  • Vendor partners will be acknowledged in other ways through the conference (verbally, signage, etc.)
  • Vendors who reach Platinum level sponsorship will receive contact information for all WACRAO conference attendees members.
