Articles of IncorporationThe Articles of Incorporation are a more formal statement of the Association's organization and purpose. This document outlines the nature of the business activities and objectives of WACRAO for legal purposes. Articles of Incorporation 501(c)(6) Constitution and By-LawsThe By-Laws of the organization act as the "rules" that we follow. This document outlines our purpose, but it also includes information about types of memberships, dues, the board of directors, officers, committees, and much more. By-Law (Last updated December 2019) Giving BackEach year, the WACRAO conference partners with a Wisconsin non-profit that helps to advance education in Wisconsin. The partnership includes a raffle at our conference where the proceeds go to our partner non-profit. Organizations we have partnered with in the past: CollegeReady (2025), Campus Guardians (2024), and Do Good Wisconsin (2023). Since 2022, we have raised an average of $1,455.50 for our non-profit partners.
